How often do I need a check-up?

Most people will require a check-up and hygienist around twice a year although some may require more or less depending on their specific oral health requirements. Even if you’re not experiencing any dental problems, check-ups provide an opportunity for us to deliver bespoke preventative advice and to pick up any issues in their early stages. This way we can minimise the need for any intervention and ensure your oral health is well-maintained in the long term.
