Fees
We will ask for your permission before we start any treatment. We will give you a written treatment plan; we do require all payments to be kept up to date with treatment.
We appreciate that you may not always be able to keep your scheduled appointment. We kindly ask that you call or email the practice and give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you are not able to attend. If insufficient or no notice is given and you fail to attend to your appointment, a non-attendance/late cancellation fee may be charged and this will need to be paid before any further appointments can be made.
